Our failed payment experience
One of the experiences we witnessed whilst renting, was that a highstreet management company failed to notice (or notify us about) a flatmate that didn’t pay rent for three months - leaving the landlord seriously out of pocket.
Our inflated fire alarm charge experience
On another occasion a highstreet management company tried to charge us £180 to install new fire alarms - when we called the company on the invoice they offered us £8 a piece, plus £60 at most for labour.
